Horrible service

I had a cargo van scheduled for pickup at 1:30pm at the Evans Ave location. To my surprise, my van that was supposed to be back by 12:30 was 2 hours late and no one noticed or bothered to call the gentleman who was late. They had me drive out of my way to the Bloor location to get my van and only waived ~10$ for the inconvienince. After returning the van at Laird (best customer service of the theee branches there), we realized we left one of our bed legs in the back of the van. We called the general line knowing the branches were all closed. She was absolutely no help (claimed she sent an email and we would hear but we didn’t). So we called first thing Monday morning. Having to follow up 3 times we got a “sorry didn’t see it.” Both incidents have left a bad taste in my mouth and due to them we won’t be using Discount again.
