Great friendly helpful customer service at its best!
We picked up our new 4x4 dodge hemi pick up today and thanks to Tessa M for the great customer service. This was our second time dealing with Tessa and buying a vehicle and we definitely recommend her for your next purchase. She is friendly , helpful and efficient. We told her what our needs were and she found the truck that could pull our trailer down the highway . We were given 2 travel mugs that were personalized with our names and coasters as a thank you gift.

Incompetent and scam artists
Incompetent
Had warranty work done on my truck, they said the root cause for not starting was a rf module that got wet from a rear window leak...
Then they said "it's the starter" after a tech "hit it"
Will put money that the RF module was fine as my keys still worked and starter shouldve been one of the first things to check when a vehicle gets looked at LOL
Warranty work scam to replace a RF module also costing me $1400....

I'm beyond words and grateful for the amazing quality and caring of the staff in every department at Oxford Dodge. I've experienced the very worst locally and can say by far the very best in all departments yet again at Oxford Dodge. It's definitly worth the drive! Very knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to ensure you're happy when you leave and can't wait to return as you know you’ve made the right choice to buy, service and deal there.
