Attention to detail
When I arrived deborah checked all my lights and windshield wipers omg I was so impressed. It was my first time at murray I was blown away friendly happy staff. The care that was taken impressive.

Terrible, poor customer service, 2 days have gone by and no return call from service advisor
Put on hold trying to make a appointment with the service department, and my call was transferred to a service advisor, 2 days have gone and service advisor too busy to return call
