Attention to detail
When I arrived deborah checked all my lights and windshield wipers omg I was so impressed. It was my first time at murray I was blown away friendly happy staff. The care that was taken impressive.

Done when promised. Vehicle was left cleaner then when it went in. Explained everything ahead of time including cost to do.

Terrible, poor customer service, 2 days have gone by and no return call from service advisor
Put on hold trying to make a appointment with the service department, and my call was transferred to a service advisor, 2 days have gone and service advisor too busy to return call
