Horrible service a la clientele

Do not come to Honda Saint-Constant if you are looking for good customer service. The Service team at Honda Saint Constant do not stand behind their words. I had a very bad experience with the service team that I never saw in any other Honda Dealer before.

Do not come to HONDA SAINT- CONSTANT if you are looking for good customer service. The technicien there do not stand behind their words. I have a very unpleasant experience with the service team.

Very bad customer service

If you are looking for good customer service. Do not come to Honda Saint- Constant. The technicians there do not stand behind their words. I have a very unpleasant experience with the service team. One technicien accidentally broke my car key case during a battery key replacement service where they did not properly screwed it back and promise to replace it. He told me he will order a new case and will call me when it arrive. I trusted them I waited for 4 months and nothing was done. Each time I called to follow up about this issue I receive different answers and story from each techniciens. At they finally refuse to replace my car key case. I have never seen such bad customer service from Honda before. I am dedicated Honda client who have always own several Honda Car and I never encounter such a bad customer service from other Honda Dealer like the one I experience with Honda Saint Constant.

Service à la clientèle insatisfait

Je suis un client de Honda st costant pour la première fois mais j’ai déjà eu plusieurs autos de marque Honda de Montréal,Excel;j’avais conseillé même à mon fils de louer un CRV et même a des amis;mais je l’ai ferai plus;on est tellement déçu du service a la clientèle que Honda st constant offre-le pire a date après des expériences plaisantes que j’ai eu avec bmw et Acura;quel manque de tact offert par le superviseur /le directeur Richard Olivier,quel manque de transparence,quel ton inapproprié il a utilisé pendant la conversation téléphonique qu’on a eu,quel manque de classe ;il a osé de faire mêmes des menaces à notre égard; une expérience déplaisante qu’on est pas prêt à oublier si facilement et qui nous fera penser plus avant de refaire des affaire avec Honda st constant.tres très décevant
