RE-call about door corrosion!
Service was very good but when I returned home I noticed damage to the exterior "posts" of the drivers door and the drivers side rear door that were not there when I took the car in - I returned immediately to Wheaton and told Bryan the Service Advisor what I had found. He came out to the Equinox to look at the damage and went in to get someone from the Body Shop to see it, two gentlemen came out, looked at it and said they had reviewed video that is taken when the vehicle is brought in and that the damage was not there before; so he said they would order the two pieces of what I call "door posts" and call me when they come in. When this is complete I would be happy to do another " experience sharing ".Tthank you Eric Salminen.

Salesman greeted me almost immediately ,asked what I was looking for in a vechicle . Itold him . first car he showed me was the one I bought
Employees were very pleasant,friendly and knowledgeable. They listened the me. Salesman did not try to show me cars I was not interested in. There was a bit of pressure to buy , but that is their job. Financial department was also very helpful . Professional,but caring
