Very knowledgeable and customer focused sale rep, David Li goes above and beyond to understand customer needs and take the time to find the best choice for the customer. He is patient with all of the questions, always there when we need him. Cannot say enough good things. Excellent!

Great Experience
Kirk was a great Sales person, asked questions focussed on my prioritize and values with regards to a vehicle. My husband was with me and in the past the Sales person would speak to him rather then men. Kirk did not do that he was fantastically focussed.
Thank you and the pick up of the vehicle was wonderful, Kallie was lovely. Very informative with regards to what the different car capabilities were.
The flowers made cry a bit, so thoughtful and kind. Very much appreciated and even better for you a talking piece when I got home for friends and family on whom they were from. "My new boyfriend Mark Motors"

Professional, Fair and Friendly
This fall I purchased a used (CPO) Audi from Mark Motors. The car was subsequently shipped to Alberta; all handled by Audi Mark Motors of Ottawa.
My experience was great.
Everything that Zel Lazovic said would be addressed (cosmetics) was done as promised. The car arrived and looked new.
The business side was handled by Julie Dugas. She guided me through the required paperwork from a distance ensuring a smooth purchase.
I easily recommend both Zel and Julie. They both handled the transaction in a professional, fair and friendly manner.
