Steve was most knowledgeable and efficient.
I do not have a booklet got maintenance. I phoned you about this on Fri. Dec. 7 and I did not receive a reply.

I would have given my experience a five star rating if the car I travelled up to Kingston to test drive initially was actually there, as promised. Realizing the error, Steve drove the car out to meet me the following day so I did not have to travel as far. That was the vehicle for me. Financing was fast and easy, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Outstanding Service
I've been in Service/Sales for almost all of my working life. I thunk it's safe to say that I have seen my fair share of service...good and bad! Today Katrina Smith and the rest of the Service Dept at Jim Thompson Chrysler Dodge Jeep blew me away with their outstanding Service!!!!! I just paid a $1900 repair bill, and left feeling SUPER happy with the service that I received from start to finish. Special thanks to Matt (mechanic) for looking out for me as well. New RAM 1500
