It’s great and thank you

I feel good when Mr Hatkhoon Kim explains step by step and he did rush. He was not pushing and i am glad that you have personal like him at T and T Honda. Thank you

Scratches on the car and unprofessional service advisor

I got scratches on my car that were not present on initial inspection of the vehicle. I called the Service Advisor and he responded the day after and ask me to email the picture and I sent him after I got out from work the same day. I never heard from him since then. I tried calling him after but it always go to voicemail. I just hope that they fix this, because they didn’t walk me through after the service of the vehicle, and the fact that there’s no scratches on the vehicle on the initial inspection.

It wasn’t what I expected

Danny Deng, Sales Rep, Aly Mohamed,Finance Rep. It was a pleasant experience Danny did a great job addressing all of my questions and concerns. Aly made quick work with financing and getting me the absolute lowest rate possible. I came in to pick up the new car on a Saturday two hours earlier than our arranged appointment, they made it happen in a very professional efficient manner, great work guys. Thanks Ron

Braking issues

I had some braking issues and speaking to the manager Scott he addressed my issues and insured me they would have the car safe to drive as I have a newborn. Turns out my concerns were valid and my brakes were fixed with no charge.

It was the best!

My service advisor Joel Janz was very nice, pleasant & accommodating. He made sure everything was done as planned. Although I stayed in the waiting lounge area, I didn’t mind at all, I got wifi & unlimited coffee. It was perfect! I can’t ask for more...
