Horrible after paperwork is signed

Purchased a new 2020 car in August. Raberto was great to deal with. It was pointed out numerous of times that when you purchase a Toyota you get FREE CAR WASHS well that was a lie. I have yet to receive one and when they did the first service on my car they left a big greasy hand print on the driver's door. Was to lazy to ever clean it off. They claim the car wash is shut down due to covid. You can go inside thousands of dollars on a car, get in their Shuttle vehicle, wait inside while they service your car all while covid is going on but you can't sit in your vehicle with the windows up to have it washed... When you call to find out anything they talk down to you! Horrible service after you purchase a vehicle! Definitely wouldn't recommend toyota due to this. Great service when buying, horrible after you sign the paperwork!

Dealing with Shane and the whole team was great.

Hello, we purchased our truck from North Bay Toyota even though we’re from the Sudbury region. They helped us find the truck model and colour that we wanted. We appreciate the time and effort put in to it. Last but not least, they never played games with the numbers like other dealerships do. One last thing is that my wife and I wanted to ask for a nice Toyota hat but we totally forgot since we so excited to go try our new tundra. Any chance we could get one sent to us? Thanks!!

I had a bad experience.

It was my service day. As usual I went in and introduced myself. The young woman at the front desk asked me: do notice anything in the car? I responded saying my brake make noises and rubbing sounds when I’m on top speed especially when I get to 110 km. She surprisingly said to me that “oh we can’t check that because we can only drive up to 80 km”. The above comment was not only shocking it was scary to me. Immediately couple of questions came to mind. Why did I choose Toyota if not for my safety and durability my father always talk about? Has Toyota changed in terms of safety? Or are we not supposed to drive above 80 km? However, as we speak this problem is still going on putting my life in danger. I’m not sure if she realize that we do have a highway just a minute from Toyota place at North Bay. Again, I brought my car in with bad exhaust and I picked it up bad. Just saying. Thanks. But I’m pretty sure that I will be looking elsewhere when Next I need a new car if this problem is not solved.
