Shuttle

On arrival to leave my van for repair, I requested a ride home and was told yes no problem. I had to wait outside in the cold as it was cold that day, sitting on a bench in the shade. After 45 min I still had no ride I went to the door and a lady asked what I needed, I said I have been waiting 45 min for a ride home she will look into that. 15 min later I got my ride. Not good customer service. I understand with COVID we cannot go inside but don’t make people wait outside either in the cold or could have been raining at least put a small tent with the bench so we are not in the élimants of the weather. Barrie the service person that helped me is the best person that has ever worked that desk. He gets 2 thumbs up from me.

My truck still isn’t fixed.

The service team I’ve dealt with seem like nice people but my engine light has been on since fall & I've been waiting 2 months for the part to come in

Very satisfied with my experience

Service was great, and always got fast answer for my question, the vendor really paid attention to our demand. We will definitely consider him for the next car purchase.
