Great staff, patient and respectful.
I received a courtesy ride both ways by the pleasant manager who took time to familiarize me with the car and even made a few accommodations to suit my needs.

Review
Booked car for specific time as I had an appointment...car was not ready until over an hour later. I missed my appointment that I had booked over 2 months ago, and had to reschedule. I was fortunate to get a cancellation the day following but had to extend my rental to 2 days when originally I only wanted 1 day.
How to improve...have cars ready for time booked even if its booked online.

Huge disappointment, very poor customer service
I booked a wee ago and request them it would be better if we can get 8 seater.
I was keep them calling each day for the confirmation. I was surprised on the day of pick a 7 seater was arranged, we say ok. But actual surprise was when we go to pick and final check with associate. It's all tires was without any single tres on it. It was huge safety risk. We cancelled. I will never come back to this site northern will recommend anyone.

Dirty Vehicle
Drove guests to the wedding with a filthy dirty vehicle inside out provided to me. embracing, I will never rent from Discount again. Gas was half tank as well. no time to fill up, ridiculous service I must say.

No Title
The person that served me has no customer service skills at all. I asked her what car i was getting and she told me she didn't know. We go outside and she tells me this is the only car remaining.. but mind you she could have told me that inside. The car smells like cigarettes. The gas tank was below half but she indicated it was half. She needs to learn to treat customers with respect..
