Poor corporate customer service

The deposit I had paid had not yet been refunded several days after returning the vehicle. Calling customer service (using the customer service number listed on the website) actually made the problem worse. I tried to explain the issue and after not receiving any help I asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service rep then patched me through to a company voicemail. I called back, asking to be put through to a supervisor and the exact same thing happened. I called a third time and they refused to even answer the phone. A fourth call left the phone ringing for 15 minutes until a rep answered, and then did the same thing as before. I never ended up speaking to a supervisor, despite leaving several voicemails asking for such.

The manager attitude was very rude

I had a very bad experience with the manager name sajeel shaikh I had a booking online cleanly mentioned the deposit is $750 he insisted to charge $1000 he through the paper to me and said I will not give you the car if you don’t pay $1000 deposit even though my brother rented a truck couple of days ago the deposit was $500 I was really shook when I head him saying that I m 100% sure he has does not know the basic information about the customer service

I can't believe what they made me do

Rented 16 ft van at 8am from manager. 11am dropped of van drove approximately 100 km with full tank. Manager said van was not on full. Showed him receipt made me go fill it up again. Squeezed $3.00 of gas came back showed him receipt told me it was not full. Went back to gas station with manager he squeezed $3.00 of gas and told me i dont no how to fill up a van. The fuel gauge was in the same position as when i dropped it off. All of this wasting time made late to an appointment i had at 12. The manager is a complete idiot.

Bad experience

I book cargo van on December 16,2019 for December 19,2019 , on pick up date i receive a call that van is not available and you have only choice to pick up 20 Ft Truck instead.. At the eleventh hour its difficult to search around, i request them i can wait another 2 to 3 hours , kindly arrange same cargo van, but one of the sales representative force me to pick up truck. I sadly go for but difficult to handle and park. This is my first experience which is very bad.

Horrible experience with rude manager

I had to rent a truck to move my business equipment. We move dental equipment on regular basis and always rented from Budget and U-Haul where service always amazing. I decided to give Discount a try only to end up with someone who they call Branch manager Sajeel Shaikh. What a disappointment. this guy is ignorant and rude. Knows nothing about customer service and being nice. I guess the title made him think he is important when he is nothing but a clerk behind a counter who wants to show more authority and control than he is. Shame on you Discount for having staff like that. Will not be back.
