No discussion.. only payment
Had a small chip on the windshield, instead of letting me talk to the repair shop about options, they went ahead and had a full replacement windshield put in. Cost me $550 out of my own pocket. Won't let me talk to other shops to get 2nd opinion. Very unhappy.

Vehicle not there
I booked a truck online, showed as available, get there next morning early and was told they don’t have the vehicle, called other locations and they agreed that the vehicles were sold and they couldn’t rent them, even the other store said they complained the h.o. The rep let me take another veh as long as I returned it by 1pm.

Van rental
Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient in getting me on my way with my van rental. Great experience, 10/10 would definitely rent from them again.

Poor Service
Booking was cancelled and no attempt for alternative was suggested. Promised a call back from the Manager, no one called.

Van Rental
Rented a cargo van from the Evans Ave location in Etobicoke.
- Booking the reservation service: Great
- Renting the actual vehicle: Great
- Payment and Receipt: Great, although would prefer if the location stayed open a bit later than 6:00 pm. Returning the vehicle during rush hour traffic was a challenge.
