Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

Myself Madhu varma, I’ve rented a car on 24th January Friday. All the sensors were stopped while driving even there was no cruze. Disappointed with the car.

Staff was disorganized; vehicle requested was not available despite being pre-booked online; no vehicle was ready despite being pre-booked online.

The staff was very friendly. However, the car size I asked for they decided they did not have because they gave it to someone else. Then they charged me for the original car which was supposed to be bigger. Everything else was good though

I booked a car to pick me up at a train station, this being my first time renting with discount i wanted to make sure everything was set up right so i called to make sure the car would be there and good thing i did because i was told on the phone that i wouldnt be able to pick up the car there and that i needed to go to a location. The whole point was for me to not have to travel far to pick up so i said id cancel and book with another company. They then told me that they could have a agent pick me up at the station to take me to the actual rental offices. so i agreed. i asked if i could drop the car off at the train station when i was done and they said yes i could. When i finally got to the office to pick up my car. a lady who wasnt even helping me said i would have to drop the car off to this same location. I said that wasnt what i was told and agreed to. I had no choice at this point so i took the car and called the next day. It was a Sunday and they were not open so i spoke with another customer care person who told me that i had to drop off the car at the location now and not the train station as the agreement i made. This was a 1 day car rental so i now had to Uber myself to the location drop the car off and then Uber myself to the train station which costed me $20. I just made my train by 5 mins and was not happy about it. I have been calling customer care now leaving messages for a manger to call me for the past 2 weeks and have not heard back yet. As of now i will never book from Discount car rental ever again

I was very pleased with the service at Discount. Getting the vehicle took about 15 minutes after walking in the door. Very fast, friendly service.
