Overcharged me for gas.
I filled up the gas to the same level as when I picked up the cargo van, and they still charged me $32 for gas.

They robbed me of $32 for gas when I just added $70 to fill 3/4 tank of gas on the van.
At the end of the rental, as agreed upon, I filled up the gas tank to the point where the gas pump hose snapped, repeated this three times, and the tank could not take any more gas. Dropped off the van over night and left the key in the key box, and next day the staff charged me an extra $32 for gas. Rented from discount many times, and never returned a rental below the needed level. They robbed me of $32 for gas when I just added $70 to fill 3/4 tank of gas on the van. Conclusion, don't drop the rental over night with this team or you may find a surprise charge on your credit card. Be there when returning the car, or take a picture of the gas needle. Everything sounds beautiful with this company, but the ending can be ugly.

Persistent Agents with limited knowledge - 0 stars
I was very disappointed by the experience I had with the rental agents.
I was told that I needed commercial insurance when renting a cargo van. This van did not have a yellow CVOR sticker on it.
The agents insisted that I needed to purchase the commercial insurance coverage and I found this to be strange as I was just renting a cargo van. They were unable to provide useful information or reasons why I needed this insurance. The references they suggested for reasons as to why I needed the insurance did not make sense to me.
This was my third time using this company in the past year and will certainly be my last.

Bad experience
Truck was not ready when I arrived. It had to be cleaned out making me late 1hr for work. Reservation was not in the computer system.

Not clean and poor customer service
Car was not clean even though it was “cleaned”, I felt they clean their cars only to satisfy their supervisor/manager (they told me so)
They hastily rejected my request for a drop off. How they treat customers is an example for poor customer service.
This locations quality of service deteriorated recently, they told me that they have a new manager and looks like it’s impacting how they serve customers.
