Feel cheated ,worst renting experience

Recently i rented vehicle for long weekend. For 4 days, when i was there to pick up my vehicle everything was good and nice service. I asked about early return,at that time the front lady representative told me its fine, whener you would like to return, that do not make any difference as it is rented for next day. Now when i was there for return, she carhged me extra day of service(abt $150) and when i asked her about the conversation we gad when i was renting,there was one (smart )guy, took over from her everything and without asking or giving any answer charged me. So beaware with this guys whenever yoy have to deal with them, their sales tactic is based on lies. They tell you something and charnge you something.

Poor in Mangment

Managment is very poor and Deceiving, When I pick up The minivan I asked if I can drop off the Van to the closest location to me , And he said it’s fine. Then when I want back to the location , they told me I have to pay extra 50 if not i have to take it bake to the same location , which i did and when i went there , he said he cann’t take me to my place , which i have to take a taxi . Very Dispointed , i payed almost $ 600 , get this when i book the van it was $ 332. I would like un explantion on this . Thank you

Wrong quote, disrespectful employee

I was renting a van to pick up a table from a store. When I made the reservation online, it was not stated that paying the $26.99 for insurance was required. In fact, the insurance wasn't something that I clicked to decline (which shouldn't be possible if 90% of insurance companies don't cover, as the employee said), it was just something that was passed in the reservation process. I booked the van because my quote was $22. I cancelled the store delivery of $50 because I was saving money. However, while getting the van I was accused of unclicking the insurance box during reservation and told that I should be aware of what my insurance covers. They employee was rude by pointing out that this was my mistake and he didn't really explain the situation to me. He just said "prove it" when I said that I had rented a cube van from another company in the past and had the option to decline the insurance. I was upset because instead of having a delivery man bring the table to me, I decided to save money and pick it up in the rain on my own. This experience ended up costing my $10 more than it would have if the table were delivered. I understand that insurance companies don't often cover commercial vehicles, which another employee explained to me, but to be honest, people who have the insurance that would cover the vehicle probably already have a similar vehicle, so why hide the fact that the insurance is mandatory by sending false quotes? I have rented cars in the past, but this was my first experience renting a larger vehicle with Discount. I'm sorry to say that this experience (cost, lies, and rude employee) will probably cause me to go elsewhere the next time I am in need of a vehicle.

We reserved a car but when avived for pick up told that didn’t matter it was not reserved.

We were told in a matter of fact way that our rental car was not available because there were a lot of accidents over the weekend...they would try to get us something but it would possibly cost more. Why did we reserve then??
