Excellent service -- Dean in Sales/Maria and Serge in Service

Recently purchased my new Grand Cherokee. Didn't think of anyone but Dean to go to. Maria in service has been so wonderful especially when I suddenly lost my husband two years ago and had no idea about changing tires, vehicle maintenance and she was just a godsend during a really chaotic time; and Serge, whom I've known since I was a grad student 25 years ago, is still just as kind and thoughtful. Just wanted you to know how much these members of your team have contributed in my comfort level with vehicles and the way they treat customers like extended members of the family impacted my decision to go to Forest City Dodge when I decided to trade in my vehicle and work with Dean who sold me my very first vehicle, a Jeep Liberty, and who fondly remembers my Dad, nicknamed Jimmrr. It's the small gestures that add up and become meaningful when you make a decision. Dean knows me so well that from when I reached out to him and told him what I wanted, I had the new vehicle within 48 hours. And Kelly in Finance was also very kind and patient in reviewing all of the paperwork and guiding me through what I needed to do. You have a wonderful group at Forest City Dodge and I wanted you to know how satisfied I am with the service and overall professionalism.

Fantastic!!

I rarely post reviews, but Forest City Dodge is too awesome not to review. I was involved in a vehicle accident and needed a replacement in a short period of time. Christopher Reath went the extra mile to ensure that we were accommodated with no stress When it comes to customer service he is second to none. All the staff is professional and helpful in tending to personal needs. We would like to thank everyone from Christopher ,Cassidy and Jason for the easy transition….it means everything to us. A friendly and non-pressured vehicle buying experience that made us feel respected and informed about the car purchased.

We work with Chris, the Prince of Sales to purchase a vehicle. He took the time to make sure we were informed about the various features of the car. He made the entire process, from browsing to pricing, and picking it up, always respectful, friendly, and actually enjoyable. Thank you Chris!

DO NOT BUY WRANGLER JL WILL NOT FIX SEVERE FACTORY CORROSION ISSUE

EDIT DO NOT BUY Initially had a great experience with Christopher Reath while shopping for my new Jeep Wrangler JL. DO NOT BUY JEEP WRANGLERS!.... they do not stand behind their product or products they sell you!! My 2 year old Jeep was bought with every warranty they offered including cosmetic rust. 65k kms They're refusing to acknowledge an obvious defect which many owners are now discovering many owners are encountering early on. even the 3rd party Tricare warranty they sold me is only willing to cover 1K of the 3K paint job required to fix this. https://cheaperjeepertv.com/jeep-wrangler-jl-corrosion-issue/
