Way to long to check in and get car and on our way only 2 people checking in customers

Way to long to get the car sign. Paper work was not problem only two agents checking people to get cars When dropping off car had left some Expensive sunglasses in rental called back the same day when at the airport to see if I could make arrangements to pick them up was about 15 min agent told car was gone and could not help me I drop the car off 40 min before they were to close was not helpful at all to find the glass

Experience was good.

The only thing I would like to comment on is Check in took a bit too long since we were the only customer in line. And your gas tank policy is not great. All vehicles that you pick up should have a full tank - not 3/4, 1/2, 1/4 this is too hard to figure out.

The staff stole my speakers.

I loved the customer service at discount Richmond location. On returning the car, I forgot my speaker in the rental car, which I called later on in office and confirmed that the speakers are still in the rental car. The office employee told me that the speakers are still there and kept in managers office for me. When I went to pick up the speakers, the office staff told me that some office employee might have stole speakers from the managers office. Upon talking to manager, Amandeep he told me that he will look into it and later promised me to buy new speakers since some staff stole the speakers. It's been 4 weeks almost and I never heard anything about my speakers after asking multiple times. I will never recommended anyone to this location because if the staff is stealing stuff from managers office, I dont have any credibility towards this company.

Worst experience ever renting a vehicle

I am 58 years old , have traveled the world both as a tourist and for business countless times.Beyond taking a cab to the destination from the airport, I waited in line for more than an hour wherein I was witness to very poor service to multiple patrons. Much confusion and ambiguity , started contract back up 3 times, erroneously billed the security deposit which took me 3 months to recuperate after many phone exchanges...........AWFUL SERVICE...

Lack of attention to service and details

When I booked online, I did not realize that the rental office was off-site (from the airport in Vancouver). Maybe this information could be more explicite on online reservation sites in order to better manage expectations. The service was mediocre (slow and not very focused). I was under the impression that the young gentleman that served us had just woken up. I don't understand why the car was not ready on my arrival since it was a pre-reserved car. We had to wait for them to fetch the car at the end of the parking lot and wash it (why was that not taken care of before our arrival, especially with 5-6 people in the garage ?). The premisses were not very welcoming (not very clean). It wasn't a positive experience.
