Poor communication
Was not told about mandatory insurance before for the rental. Was told that the deposit was $500, when I said that the agent told the people in front of me $300, they then changed it. I decided to rent from enterprise and the deposit was only $200, and to date I have not received my $350 back that I was told only a hold on my credit card, but it was taken from my credit card

Not much customer service
There was no customer service over the phone. Not professional in anyway when answering phone calls. Was not impressed for a simple routine rental car

What a customer service tragedy!
Want a trip ruined rent from here, upon arrival our vehicle was not even present after almost an hour delay they bring the vehicle to me with low fuel. Staff was rude and unaccommodating also no solutions were offered to fix issues in fact the manager would not even speak to me after I requested to speak with them. No site parking(even though it is advertised), bathrooms were disgusting (no toilet paper, toilet seat to small for toilet) all in all worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company.

The place is dirty, run down, not enough help, room full of angry customers, and then you are forced to pay even more insurance when you already do that when you reserve the car.
Terrible service, and angry customers, it’s dirty and run down, under staffed and then you get charged even more insurance on top of what you already paid
