You could lose your car before they pay!

This "insurance" company is a joke. I paid for the insurance to be able to cover my car payment in the event of a job loss. This company apparently is apparently unaware of a worldwide pandemic and makes you wait 90 days to cover your payments.....90 DAYS!! The bank will take your car before they get their money if you have to wait 90 days. When questioned on why I would pay so much money for this stupid insurance policy and have to wait 90 days.....crickets. What a waste of money and time!!! Thanks Insurance Insight Inc. Hopefully I still have my car after 90 days. I do not recommend this company AT ALL.

A Job Lay Off is defined differently from a Permanent Job Loss in our policies because layoff situations vary in duration. A Lay Off may last one month or six months, and in some cases, there can be numerous lay off periods in a short period of time. It’s difficult to predict, which is why we have a 90-day waiting period. When you processed a previous claim with us a few years ago under this same policy, it was approved and payment issued within days of filing your proof of claim. We do everything we can to ensure that our claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Easy claim

My car was written off after an accident. Good thing I have a Walk away ( gap ) insurance. MPI written off amount is below my car loan balance. When I called to file a claim, I felt right away that I will be helped accordingly. Marie Anne was so helpful throughout the process. Great job Marie Anne! I will definitely get this insurance again from them and recommend it to family and friends.

Careful what you sign up for

I was told by numerous people when purchasing my $40,000 vehicle that if anything happens , I lose my job or anything like that they would cover payments for up to a year, well i had a child, wife is on disability so I had to take time off work and they won’t cover payments unless it’s a terminal illness. Aswell as now that I’m unemployed I still don’t qualify.

Disappointed so far

I have been watching with great interest, in how Afzul Batoo has been handling my girlfriends claim , regarding the passing of her mother. The service has been intrusive and demanding. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone. Ever.

However with any insurance claim certain paperwork is required in order to approve them. In the case of a claim submission for a "Critical Ilness causing Death" both a Certificate of Death and a Physician's Statement is required because unlike a Physcian's statement, a Certificate of Death doesn't name the cause of death. We apologize if you feel asking for these two seemingly redundant documents seemed intrusive or demanding.
