CANNOT TRUST THEM

I called Crowfoot Dodge to talk to a technician. I gave the info about my jeep and explained that it is leaking oil. He said that I have to bring the jeep to check it and that it will be $150 per hour or $80 for half an hour. I also asked for the cost to replace the differentials and transmission oils. He said there is a package for $450 for both. Two days later I called to book an appointment. On the phone I asked again how much will it cost to check the problem in my Jeep. I was told it is $165/hour or $85/half an hour I told her I was told $150/hour and $80/half an hour when I phoned two days prior. . She said okay, I will put it in computer for $150. When I dropped off the car, I spoke to Advisor Sally. I explained to her that my jeep is leaking oil and to please check the oil and fluid to see where the leak is coming from. She put $175 per hour. I told her that so far I've got 3 estimates for checking my car....$150, $165 and now $175. She said okay, I'll put it for $150 and see what happens. I also asked her for the estimate on changing differentials and transmission oils. She said $450 for transmission and $550 for differentials. I left my Jeep, they gave me a ride home. Few hours later she phoned me and told me that the radiator is leaking. I told her that it can't be the radiator because the amount of fluid in radiator has not changed. I took the picture of the leaks in my garage which was on the cardboard I put under the jeep to protect the garage floor. When I went back to Crowfoot Dodge I showed Sally the picture. She was surprised and said "wow, that's a lot of oil". She told me to sit in the waiting room and they will check the Jeep again. I told her that shouldn't the technician check the problem since I told you that there was oil leaking? She seemed a bit nervous and told me this was misunderstanding. Again I told her that I explained that the problem is that the jeep is leaking oil. She apologized and told me to sit in the waiting room again. I waited for about two hours. Finally I got tired of waiting so I went downstairs and asked her what's going on? Why is it taking time? She said '' I have an answer for you. The oil filter adaptor housing is leaking oil''. She gave me the estimate to fix it. But without my knowledge she put on paper that customer declined for repair it at this time. She told me that she's charging me only for half an hour. I asked if that is $80 and she said yes. I thanked and appreciated her. She gave me the invoice but I didn't check it. When I went to the cashier to pay I realized I was being charged $130.05. I told the cashier that it was supposed to be $80. The cashier told me to check back with Sally. When I went back to Sally, she was talking on the phone. I waited until she was done then I asked her why is it this much when she said earlier that it will be $80 only. In fact their technician didn't spent more time to check my car to find the real problem until I showed her the picture of the oil leak. I was ok with $80 but this is too much. Suddenly she got angry and told me ''this is the cost. Okay?'' I told her I have no choice but to complain to the company. She told me I have rights to complain. When I look around me, I noticed that I was surrounded by at least 10 employees, some of them wearing a service uniform. I became alarmed and wonder what was going on. I felt afraid. I went inside to pay the cashier. While I was paying, I noticed that from behind the door, one employee was peeking at me. Some of them were standing in the corners looking at me with their arm crossed on their chest. I was surprised and felt threatened. It felt like I was surrounded by gang members who are ready to attack me. I have never experienced this in my life. I brought my Jeep to Varsity dealership instead to fix it and paid $300 less than what Crowfoot Dodge quoted me. I called Crowfoot Dodge Service manager to tell him what has happened in his shop during my visit. He told me that this kind of bullying is not allowed in their work place and promised to call me back on Monday as it was Friday afternoon. But I never heard back from him. Think twice before you leave your vehicle for any service at Crowfoot Dodge.

Sold a brand new defective vehicle and nobody wants to take responsibility for making it right.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I was sold a defective vehicle that I purchased brand new for my family. The entertainment system has never worked and I have brought it in multiple times for service to fix the many, many issues. None of those have resulted in a solution which is communicated to management and yet nobody at this dealership, specifically sales manager Aldo and service manager Chris, follow up with next steps. I am constantly leaving voicemails and emails and told someone will look into it and give me a call in a few days and it never happens; or nobody is ever in the office or around their phones. If I'm told a manager will be present at my appointment to ensure the issue is handled properly, day of, that manager is nowhere to be found. If I'm told to book an appointment with someone to try to fix the issues, that person isn't there when I arrive for the appointment. If I'm told a diagnostic of my vehicle was sent to Chrysler and management and someone will be in touch with me to review it, nobody contacts me. This dealership has the worst customer service of any dealership I have ever dealt with, Chrysler or otherwise and it's become quite clear they hope I just give up trying to hold them accountable for selling me a lemon of a $70,000 vehicle. They know it's an issue but leave it to me to take time away from my family to chase down anyone who is willing to take my concern seriously. Perhaps poor public reviews will get them to care a little more and step up to the plate?

Amy, thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate that you are having issues with your new vehicle but this will be covered by your factory warranty. The challenge at this time is the issue appears to be in the system programming and that is not something we have the ability to fix. We're working closely with the manufacturer for a solution for you but this is truly out of our hands. My suggestion would be for you to contact the manufacturer directly to voice your displeasure as we are in the same position as yourself. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible service and they are crooks

I wish there was no stars or even half a star choice. How can a truck that has been appraised at three other dodge dealerships in the same week for 10000 to 12500 suddenly become only worth 7000 in less than a week. How can our dodge loyalty credit go from 2000 to zero in three days. The poor sales man was great but the sales manager and I use that term loosely was awful to deal with at all. I spoke with my uncle who owned a dodge dealership before retiring and he was shocked and disgusted at the way he handled our inquiries. I have a Dodge Charger SRT that I will be selling or trading off soon. I can honestly say it will not be at Crowfoot Dodge. I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from them

Great Service. Kaeden Wiszniak 11 out of 10

I highly recommend Kaeden Wiszniak Product Advisor. 11 out of 10 went above and beyond made the whole process of purchasing my 2021 Jeep a pleasant and rewarding experience.
