Excellent

My husband saw his dream truck here so we emailed them to book a test drive. We got a fast response, booked in for when it worked for us. Brandon was really great at listening to our wants and needs and helping us achieve affordable payments to get my husbands dream truck. He was very friendly and not pushy like most car salesman. Darrin was able to answer all my questions regarding the finance end and was very personable as well. We had a fantastic experience with the people. The dealership is also very new and full of great amenities including a play place for children ( very appreciated since we had our baby with us). We look forward to doing more business here in the future!

Wish I bought a car elsewhere

Found the car I wanted at your dealership. I spoke to Taylor Cooper about it and he said it was in excellent condition. I drove from leduc to calgary to pick it up. When I got there, the car was wet and was told it just got finished being washed. Took the car for a test drive and the low air warning was on for 2 tires. We drove to a gas station to fill them up. That's when I noticed that the wheels were all scratched up. The car did come with a second set of wheels and tires, but they were bagged up and in even worse condition. When the water on the car dried, you could see all the damage caused by hail. (Not noticeable when wet). Then on my way home with it, there was a terrible drone sound coming from the rear end. I brought it to LA Nissan in Leduc where they told me that it was way out of alignment and that my tires were cupping. Talked to Taylor again he said that he would get me two new tires and I would be reimbursed for the alignment. I did get two cheap Chinese tires (junk) and still haven't been reimbursed for the alignment. This is over a month now. Awful

This place is garbage. High pressure, aggressive and dishonest sales. Once your vehicle is purchased they don’t care. I haven’t even had my car a year and the radio/blue tooth no longer works (not covered under warranty) and my car has started randomly shutting off while driving leaving me unable to control my car. The steer or breaks lock up which is very scary. I have brought it in multiple times and they keep telling me nothing is wrong. But it keeps doing it. It’s so dangerous and frustrating and their lack of concern or willingness to help is infuriating. I would never buy a car from this place again or recommend them to anyone.

When given a budget I was ignored and instead my budget was doubled and paperwork was ran behind my back without full consent thus making me feel forced into it

My paper work was run after telling me a half truth and then we were told that if we didn’t go through with this purchase which was way over our budget my credit would have to pay with a big hit. Then after much consideration and completing the purchase we were told we could bring the vehicle back for a complete detailing on the weekend, as we had been there for over 3 hours and it had been a long day, on the day of when we took the car back we were denied service even after telling them that there was dirt and muck in the back seats. While we were there they even swapped our license plates without hesitation or asking us first as the deal had not been yet completed I feel they had no right to be touching my vehicle. Yes we got a car we liked but the service was extremely poor, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and we won’t be back.

Dolton was the best person anyone could want to help them find a vehicle and enjoy the process

Truthful respect for clients maners very clear on process very knowledgeable I had all the confidence that Dalton would treat us well and find the vehicle that was right for us
