So this time, I bring my jeep in to get the rear camera changed again for the 3rd time. Because the previous time they claimed to have put on a another defective unit. I also asked them to check 2 different sounds. 1 sound they report back to me telling me it is normal sound from the exhaust... really???????? So it just started to happen and it's the exhaust... the other sound which is a squeaking sound from the suspension, they couldn't hear it.... try taking it out for a real test drive buddy, not just in the parking lot... so now they want me to do a ride along with the mechanic. Should I hold his hand too? And everytime I go, which has been I think 5 times already, not once was I offered a vehicle for the day. Do you know that on all occasions I sat at home and didn't go to work... I'm so fed-up.. I am officially regretting my purchase. I no longer enjoy driving my jeep. I am constantly listening to hear the problems.
