My step dad whom only knew to converse in basic English words, as I was there with him at the dealership and communicating with Cameron -- was a very simple and easy experience. I say, that he wasn't a pushy salesman because a lot of times, that can turn a buyer off. So the sales experience was good. As an older First Nations man, people this age know very little things when it comes to technology or even what the latest fads are out there, and also, Wilfred knew little English. So I made the experience a little relaxed and easier for him, by translating and interpreting what was said by Cameron and the other guy. Wilfred is happy with his purchase and hopefully he will know the ropes to accessing services with Chrysler Cold Lake when he needs to :)

I recently just bought my very first vehicle , an experience that is suppose to be exciting. Pre planned to be there for a weekend to view a jeep as we live 2 hours away. Got there and jeep wasn't ready , he forgot we were even coming. Through the process not once did he come show us to the vehicle . During negotiation, he was nothing but rude and cold. Passive aggressive comments like telling us to go buy else where , if it wasn't for the vehicle I wanted sitting outside YOUR dealership sir , trust me I would have. After accepting an offer, he did not once leave his office just another day for him. Yet one of the biggest days of my life. Handed us the keys and said thanks. Amanda was amazing and very helpful . She made my experience as enjoyable as it could be . Very very disappointed with my first time buyers experience.

I recently purchased a 2020 1500 classic night edition. I submitted an online inquiry a couple weeks ago and less than 12 hours later had a response from Tash. She was polite and accommodating and made the decision for my new truck purchase easy. This was my first ever new vehicle and i was a little nervous about the process, but between Tash and Jeremy, they made it quick and easy. I was impressed with the prompt response to my online inquiry, and they were ready to work with my schedule in order to provide the service I was interested in. I think there was a glitch with the online credit application, which was not ideal as it seemed like they had poor internal communication, but that got cleared up. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, no high pressure sales tactics.
