Looked after once again
Contacted the boys at the service desk to see if the could get me in on an unexpected day off and they told me to come right down. Within an hour I received a call with the details of their inspection. Nobody ever likes the news, do doubt, but I received a very detailed and informed description of my vehicles issue with an estimate for parts and labour and an eta on the parts.
Really this is just what I expect, but not always the case depending where you seek service! Always feel like I’m in great hands with Cory and Tristan and of course the techs. Thanks again gang! Keep up the great work.

Transmission repair
In order to diagnose, get approval to repair the transmission on warranty from Chrysler, and then waiting for back ordered parts took sometime. The team gave me a vehicle to use and kept me in the loop with where the repair was. Got my truck back and it works great. Very happy with the service.

Prompt and Courteous Service
All around good service right from calling in to book. One vehicle just need a software update and another vehicle needed an intermittent issue diagnosed. Was able to book a schedule that worked for me, allowed swapping one vehicle for the other, and the shuttle service when needed was prompt as well.
