Sales was very efficient to make sale, very attentive - no extra's on follow up had to chase
Called from out of town to see a used car - sales was awesome followed up did everything I could ask. Once test drive happened and sale was in the works - had to chase sales and finance to get back to me - car was ready but mistakes made in registering car (husbands name not mine) not detailed or cleaned some simple details that made experience overall not great - super start flat ending

Quick efficient service. Could not get a shuttle from work to Subaru to get my car, which was an inconvenience, but otherwise great

no pressure sales that delivered what we asked for...
All staff at Sudbury Subaru were knowledgeable answering all questions asked and providing additional information that made our car buying decision an easy one. They delivered on their promise and kept us informed all the way.
