Applewood was our first stop and my husband and I were impressed. However, we felt it was prudent to compare them with two competitors. The gap between their competitors customer service and professionalism was significant. Applewood runs a professional, high customer service focused operations. We are very happy with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. We highly recommend Applewood for those shopping for a new or pre-owned car.

Worst Service experience
Appointment @4pm I went in 3:50 pm for oil/filter change and tire rotation. Came back around 5:20pm and the car still untouched. I watch and took my car in 5:30pm and I left the site 6:05pm…. Appointment @4pm means after 5pm at this dealership.. Nissan Langley better service. Tried this dealership cause on the way home from work.. Never Again!!!

sales person riley crooks is only looking out for him self and the dealership
i will never deal with riley crooks again as he sold me an suv thousands of dollers over priced this was the worse deal i ever had like not telling me the interest was 25 percent or that the car had so many problems with it like scratches n dents interior damage broken vent blades stain on seats crack on windshield roof trim missing only one key heater motor noisy drivers side mirrior cracked vanity on drivers side dos not light up n car is very niosy sounds like wheel bearing so point blank they were hoping i would not notice so if ur thinking of buy a used car from this dealership watch out for riley crooks ps warranty for 2500.00 was added to the deal n i was not even aware
