Went into dealership to look at f350 , price on window went in to try and purchase vechile and that’s when I was told it was 1900 $ more as it had mud flaps put on it , We offered Ron 85500 plus tax for the truck and he had to take it to the managers , they later phoned and said ok that they would take that offer , later he phoned and said he was unable to take the offer the only thing he would accept it the msrp , Well Ron your a dishonest individual that lies to get people in the door , we’ll it worked but I can tell you I won’t be stepping foot in any of westviews locations. Also I’ll be reaching out to everyone I know to make sure thatwestview ford , staff and management , is in the game to take advantage of people and waste people’s time ,!

I’ve purchased two vehicles in the past from Westview Ford and was lied to and taken advantage of multiple times. I love Ford products though, so I purchased my last truck through Steve Marshall Ford in Campbell River. Had a way better experience with them, even though I live in Cumberland I make the trips to CR opposed to the Courtenay dealership. The ladies in the service department were beyond rude making jokes about a five thousand dollar repair my truck needed, which I obviously didn’t do through them. Got the exact same part and labour quoted elsewhere for half the price. Do yourself a favour and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I’ve taken a number of vehicles, including my beloved F-350 7.3 power stroke, to West View Ford. I’ve always been satisfied. Sometimes they make honest mistakes (we’re all human) but they always own it. If you find something wrong, just bring it kindly to their attention. The very professional and long time Ford tech turned service manager Keith will make it right. I really appreciate this service department and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased a used F-150 with 17000kms from them almost 2 months ago. Was told it passed inspection with flying colours as the previous owner was their service manager. On our drive home there was a strong smell of brakes overheating. I had a mechanic friend look at them and was told they are in VERY poor condition and never should have passed inspection. I drove back to Westview and Ron and he said he would get their service manager to call me as they weren’t open he that day. After a week I never received a call so I called their service manager myself and found out that Ron never told him to call me. I also learned that the service manager never owned the truck and he only drove it a bit too and from work after it was traded in. He also looked up its records and informed me that the truck was never safety inspected before we bought it. There were numerous other lies that we were told by Ron regarding the truck he used to make the sale. Ron called me back and admitted they dropped the ball in selling before inspection and they would make it right. That was 2 months ago and truck still hasn’t been inspected and am getting the run around. I’m not usually one to write poor reviews but in this case I feel others should be prewarned of my experience before it happens to them too.

REPLACEMENT OF TWO TIRES AS A RESULT OF A PUNCTURE THAT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. TWO TIRES WERE NECESSARY TO KEEP THE WHEEL ALIGNMENT BALANCED.
