Polite and excellent service.

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Pratheese. I don't usually write reviews, but from the couple of service visits I had, I saw that Pratheese is very polite, attentive and helpful when dealing with customers. He is always in a good mood and with a smile. Good service like that deserves a praise.

Amazing and Knowledgable Customer Service!!!

I haven't bought a car since my first car 10 years ago (that I also bought at Parkway Honda) and was pleasantly reminded of how helpful, informative, and patient the Parkway staff is. Chris Man was my sales rep and he went over the top to insure I was happy with my new car. Highly recommended!

Poor Salesmanship

The downside of working with the Honda brand is that the vehicles sells by itself, so little to no training is invested in the sales staff. I met with the salesperson in Parkway Honda who not only didn’t show me all the features but was very bad at objection handling. The fact that the training was negligible was obvious when the person couldn’t tell me why CRV is better than competition. While Mujib was an eager to please sales person. His obnoxious manager does tend to piss you off. Don’t know how he was made manager with such poor customer management skills. Please live up to the brand.
