Our experience was long but excellent

We’ve been to many dealerships in the past six months and this was by far our best dealership experience although we still can’t figure out why buying vehicle takes four hours! Other than the amount of time it took, everything else was excellent.

Excellent

First time Chevy Buyer- I did my homework before buying my 2017 Z71 Colorado.. Went to all the dealers and let me tell you- If you do your homework and know what you want, these guys at Murray’s will wheel and deal to beat every other dealer hands down!!!

Oil change and tire rotation.

I went to the Murray’s dealership to have my oil changed. While in the lineup for the oil change I was ask if I wanted my tires rotated. I agreed and my truck was then taken to another area. It took over an hour to have the tires rotated and oil changed which is absurd. It takes a few minutes for me to rotate the tires and maybe 10 minutes to change the oil. On top of that I was handed a list with about $700 worth of repairs. I then went to my local trusted dealership and was told that certain components on that list were in perfect working order. I trusted this dealership before, but after this visit I have a hard time returning. I can only imagine how many people are taken advantage of here. Many people are not familiar with vehicles and would have paid for these unneeded repairs. It is unethical to lie to your “valued” customers with the sole goal of creating work and money for the dealership. I hope this situation is delt with and taken seriously.
