Service

Service level has decreased over past couple of years. Not greeted when I arrived Told advisor that I was there for regular service- was asked which service. Told him to check system & see which service I was due. He said “don’t U know” Not happy with the interaction

Excellent Dealership

Roadsport is one of the best if not the best Honda dealer, from sales to servicing. I bought my CRV in 2016 there and have gone for regular maintenance for the last 2.5 years. Very good experience overall. Highly recommended.

Unable to keep commitment

I have been waiting for 3-4 hours for maintenance services which has 2 hours + of delay. No staff has updated me the progress and no assistancehas been provided. The overall experience is poor

Honda is not what they are advertised anymore.

My 2016 Honda accord battery completely failed twice in one day. Wouldn't start. I boosted it and went to my dealer. I was informed that the battery life was over and I needed to get new battery. I was also informed that my car warranty doesn't cover the price of a new battery. I missed my work because of this issue and now I had to pay for a new battery. The payment didn't bother me as much as the fact that my 2 years old car battery failed completely. It was unheard and shocking. To me. This car is not my first car. I had 4 cars before including 2006 Honda civic. The battery on my civic lasted 7 years and was still running until I sold it. I really would like to know why and how brand new car battery failed . I am disappointed and feel betrayed.

Customer experience at Mantainance

This is not the first time, but I cannot hold it not to raise this. I found the receiptionist at the Part & Service department very rude with tons of attitude! She is also very impatient and she also yelled at me and my children in front of other customers. She just makes me not returning back to Honda again. Everyone else at Roadsport Honda was great, except this lady. Management at Honda need to do something!!!
