Bank Street Kia

We recently bought a Kia Soul at Bank Street Kia and were very pleased with the sales and service we received. We would especially note the superb service offered to us by both Moudie and Ralph. Moudie provided insight to our car selection and was attentive to every detail. Ralph helped us sort out the financial end making the sale was quick and easy. Everything was arranged by Moudie and Ralph including the plates. The staff in general treated us with great respect, were friendly and were pleased that we joined their family. I took my Sportage in to DiLawri Kia to have a noise checked. While there, I was told that i needed new brake pads and rotors, front and back. Apparently, the pads were at 3%, rotors were rusty and my vehicle hadn't passed the safety test. I found this a bit strange since there was only around 24 000 km on my Sportage and my brakes were working fine. I asked for a quote from DiLawri and took my vehicle to a local garage to have them inspect my brakes. My local garage told me that there was not a thing wrong with the pads or rotors and that the rotors definitely did not have any rust. I have been in contact with DiLawri Kia and am very disappointed in how this whole situation has been handled and how I have been treated.

Courteous service, great attention to detail, fast, all delivered as promised. Bank Street is a drive from my house - Orleans Kia is much closer but those guys were so bad when I visited them for my initial purchase, that I will never set foot there again. Bank street sales and service staff were courteous, professional and to the point every time. Go Bank Street Kia!

Able to book it for the day following my call. You checked for recalls (none). I waited for the work to be done. No problems. I did not time my wait but it seemed to be short.

It was a standard visit for maintenance. I was in and out in no time. The team was very friendly and met my needs with no surprises.
