I took my 2011 Sierra for engine light service last spring. I have never had such bad workmanship on any of my vehicles in the past. The cab had to be removed for the work to be done. Apparently my running boards had to be scrapped to accomplish this, witch at the time, might have been possible considering the age of the truck. But, after the job needing to be redone because of an oil leak, and returning my truck with a broken head lamp, hood would not open and an engine light on, I wonder how bad the running boards were. The hood latch, head lamp and engine light was eventually repaired. Got my truck back, and now I can open the hood. The plastic shroud between the rad and the grill was missing, and within a week, the engine light came back on. I was so frustrated with this poor workmanship that I did not return to get this looked after. I will never return and recommend Myers Chev Orleans service department to anybody.

It was for an oil change. Everytihing was ok. Just a little thing, I wait almost two hours, a bit long. I understand sometime it hard to please everyone.

I was having a issue with my vehicle not finding the key fab so it would not start.they changed the unit that was causing the problem but unfortunately it is still happening though not as often.
