Horrible!
After picking up my truck on 19/09/23 I informed Myers Infinity about control issues I emailed them again on 25/09/23 and 28/09/23 and on 28/10/23 I received an email from Amin Omer he said the vehicle was certified then sends me an email with a bogus alignment report with no vehicle or technician information on it After taking my truck to a Toyota dealership both inner and outer tie rods and both lower control arms were seized and the right side was at maximum allowable adjustment they do not do proper certifications they will do what’s visible and try and hide the rest.I have documents And repair bills from Toyota. Myers Infinity avoid them.

Amazing Service
I've been there 3 times. One for an oil change, the other for brake work, and lastly for a window issue. Each time, the service has been amazing. They were honest, kind, and understanding. Most importantly, nobody trys to up-sell you. They'll recommend exactly what you need, nothing more. The brake fluid top up, and window work was even on the house !
Myers is the best Infiniti dealership in Ottawa hands down. Their covid protocols, and health & safety measures are top notch.

Great experience
Engine lost power while I was driving and check engine light came on. Had it towed to the dealership and the mechanic informed me it was throwing multiple codes when hooked up to the computer. They were unable to pinpoint the problem. I went in to pick up a loaner as the vehicle was going to be there longer than expected. Mechanic had another look and found a clogged air filter. It appears the squirrels hid peanuts in the air filter and the computer does not throw squirrel codes. The cleaned it up and all has been great since.
