Fast and friendly
I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires. i was able to book an appointment at a convenient time within 2 days, they fixed the flat while I waited and washed my car. Great experience.

2 Hour Appointment Became 10 Weeks
I dropped my 2 month old car off for a faulty camera sensor. I was told it would be 2 hours. 10 days later I called to ask what happened to my car. They said it would be a "few more days". I received 2 voicemails over the next week saying my car would be ready "in a few more days". Then, no communication for 2 months while they had my car. When I picked up my car, the service lady laughed "Hahah. We've had it for months!" I didn't think it was funny.
