Helpful and patient salesperson
I would like to thank our salesperson Marcus Amero for helping us purchase my sons first car. Marcus was very helpful, patient and easy to deal with. I would recommend purchasing a used vehicle at Laking Toyota. Thanks again for all your help Marcus.

Worst sales service ever
I understand the times we are in but i order a truck and was told 3 months waited three and half month before contacting them as i did not hear from them at all through the whole time...when truck is now finally here was told we will have u in it by the weekend truck sitting in lot ready to go just needs plates and a wash and being told maybe tuesday.... Sales person was rude when trying to find info on truck and what was going on refused to return emails so start to deal with sales manager and still same thing...feel like they are going to hold my truck hostage for long weekend so it looks good on their lot....

Came from Manitoulin for oil change scheduled for 10:30. still in que at 1pm "We are behind". Why schedule appointments?!

Terrible Service dept and poorly managed
horrible experiences! Yes experiences! If your a woman of colour your vehicle won't get nothing done to it! I do NOT recommend this place for service. You get excuses and long wait times for booked appointments. THE SERVICE agent had to the nerve to tell me They Got a Important Job so the mechanics had to do, meanwhile this was my second time i brought my suv in twice for a burning smell. Go figure! No Courtesy vehicle if ask ahead of time and live a hour and half away out of town! Zero Stars for service! Good thing we got our SUV elsewhere and will be getting a Tundra elsewhere where customer appreciation is valued even if we do have to travel far.
