I was dealing with Leif Peek and when we didn't agree on a price I thanked him for his time. In turn he told me "Thanks for wasting my time". So that's the kind of attitude you get if you don't purchase from this dealership, Wow!
I purchased a new jeep from Kam, amazing experience, he was very genuine and kind, no pressure but he also spent a lot of time to ensure that I received a great deal. After purchase he shared a lot of information in how to properly care for my new jeep and also in how to use all the accessories. I would highly recommend both Kam and Vernon Dodge, very excited about my new Jeep and can't wait to play in the mountains this summer!
Josh has been the best salesmen I've ever worked with. He provided the perfect amount of detail, while slowly walking me through the process. For me, knowing and understanding a new vehicle in an unfamiliar territory was very important and Josh made the transition seamless. Thank you!
Yesterday morning we dropped my 2019 Grand Caravan off for the 4th time to Vernon dodge for them to once again "try" to remedy the same issue where the sliding doors scrape the paint off the back fenders. This time I was FINALLY given a loaner after complaining that I not spend 60k on a new van for lugging my 4 kids around just so they could keep it in the shop. The woman at the service desk eased my mind last time with a promise that they would get it fixed right, provide me a loaner vehicle, and above all she said "Dodge will take care of me". So she hands me the keys to the loaner this morning and says: "It's almost on" E" so you will have to put like $20 in it or something to get you through." Auto reaction after that is "are you f-in kidding me?", and thats when the woman at service along with a man working the desk being to run their mouths like my reaction to their outstanding service(complete sarcasm) is out of line. But by this point I'm used to taking it with absolutely no lube at Vernon Dodge so I just walked away. Now for the icing. I get in the the van and the fuel is much further below the "E" line than I have ever ran a vehicle, even in my teenage years. And the van was clearly not vacuumed or sanitized which during these times I feel should me almost manditory. I returned to the service desk to calmly state to the woman that I felt the service I was receiving was once again clearly subpar. She proceed to speak like my standards where too high and I should be happy with what I got. Everyone BE AWARE! such crap service there!
