Excellent Sales Team
Recently purchased a 2016 F150 - Craig Prideaux was the sales rep who negotiated the deal and I am very pleased with my truck and the process. He and Used Car Manager, Chris Everett, were quick to rectify a small service issue and Darlene Greeley, Business Manager, handled the admin and financing details in a straight forward - no pressure manner. All in all they were a pleasure to deal with. If you are in the market , I would definitely recommend a call to Craig.

2011 Ford Fiesta
Ford should be selling their cars for pennies because that is what they are worth! I have a fiesta and it is a piece of crap. Only 48,000 km and am on clutch number 6, starter was replaced, trunk leaks which causes my windows to frost up on the inside and rubber has come off all my doors. MacPhee Ford does what they can for me but Ford Canada refuses to do anything about THEIR mistake! If I could give the care 0 stars I would!! Stay far away from this company people!!

We bought a 2014 F150 from MacPhee and they've been really easy to deal with, no pressure at all. The truck we bought was very well priced and the service so far has been excellent. If you're in the market go see Craig Prideaux, he's awesome.

Exceptional Service in Service Department
I had recently bought a 2015 F150 Lariat and had several small issues arise in the 1st month plus I was unhappy with the look of the factory winters I was given. On 2 separate visits Jonathan Campbell in the service department was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I left the shop with all issues resolved and new tires to my satisfaction. This service will certainly prove to be the difference between me becoming a longterm repeat customer at Macphee for future vehicles vs taking my business elsewhere.

worst car company I have dealt with.
Ford focus model clutches go constantly and the warranty is not extended to my model because of the year even though there is a class action suit in the states (my year included ) and my clutch went at 20,000km. I do Home care I will be putting a lot of km of my car, too had I can't feel comfort in their warranty or parts! I cannot get a call back from customer care services or from supervisors. And family and friends are having the same problem's! I bought my car new off the lot haven't had it for a year and I'm getting rid of it! I'm going to a different make in vehicle. Never get a Ford again! Wish I could give this no star at all.
