Happy with my 2018 Escape Titanium, and sales people were accommodating. Not so happy with the trade in value for my F150 as they listed it for just over $6000.00 more than what they gave me. Sales person said he was just a cog in the wheel and would bring it up with management, never hear anything back. Felt like was taken and should have walk away. Then I got up sales on multiple warranties for everything from extended warranty on the vehicle, to tires and rims, interior package and key FOBS. Didn’t have to accept any of it, but I wanted to make sure my investment was covered just incase. Be very weary of how these people deal with you. They will bend over backwards to accommodate you, but at the end of the day, the bottom line is for them to make a sale and as much of a commission as possible at your expense. Hope this helps other people with their new or used vehicle purchase, but like the salesman said, “I’m just a cog in the wheel.” By the way if anyone has just purchased a used 2011 F150 recently I hope you got a good deal, I only got $11,500.00 for it !!!!!!!!
