Excellent service

I called into Myers with some service questions and I spoke with a young lady named Katie and she was not only helpful but also very kind and went out of her way to find out what I needed and made sure she called back to check back in with me. I appreciate Myers services and I would recommend speaking with Katie if you have any questions! Thanks again Katie!

Disappointing Service

I took my VW in to the service centre for regular maintenance to keep our warranty valid. I was told upon check in that I required the oil change package and a filter change. When I returned to pick up my car, the invoice stated that the filter replacement was only required when the car had 60 K km's or after two years. When I asked why I was told this was a requirement (my car has 28 K km's and I've owned it for a year, brand new) I was told it was because my car was manufactured in 2019. That would have been ok except I was then told it was optional and I could have declined the service. When asked why I was told that it was a requirement when I checked in, they couldn't provide me an answer. This type of service is shadey and unexceptable. Do not tell me I need to do something to keep my warranty valid when that is a lie. It was clearly an $85 cash grab and I highly doubt this "miscommunication" would have occurred if my husband had dropped the car off. This is only our second service appointment at this dealer and both have been horrible.

Excellent service

I bought my first Volkswagen Jetta 3 years ago and the car and customer service made me return to buy another. This time I took my daughter and she bought a new Jetta as well. Our customer representative was Markus. I appreciated the time he took with us. He was there to answer questions, but was not pushy. The cars were ready on time and the paperwork was an easy process. The whole experience was pleasant and seamless. Well done and thank you Markus.

Worst Experience I have EVER had

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I suggest you and anyone you know who is considering purchasing from here do NOT. I got my vehicle in late 2019 and at the time the staff was amazing. After I signed the paper, the care the promised was completely gone. In 2020, I had made 2 appointments to get my tires done. Both of them "overbooked" so I didn't end up getting my tires changed at all. I've had my summers stored there for 2 years now. After recently calling to change them over they told me they did not have my tires. I had to ARGUE with the staff as they kept telling me "I am mistaken". It got to the point I had to threaten lawyers for them to say "Oh we found them". On top of this, the tires that I did store for winter were NOT the same as the ones they put on. I have brand new winters only on for one season and the ones they put on are covered in scratches. After talking to a brick wall, AKA a member of staff, I was informed that once again " I am mistaken". Not even an hour ago, I call about my up coming tire change tomorrow and ask if it is possible to receive a loaner car for the day so I can get to work. Word for for I was told " Go to the enterprise down the road I am not giving you a loaner car." When I asked to speak to the manager on the matter he said she wasn't in. How convenient. I guess being apart of there VIP Loyalty program and being patient as well as forgiving with previous encounters of disrespect from this dealership gets you nothing more than more disrespect. Signing papers with Myers Kanata Volkswagen is has been my biggest regret and one of the main sources of stress since 2019. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself from Myers Kanata Volkswagen
