Horrible experience

Normally i have good experiences here but this experience honestly has made me never want to come back here. I Brought my 2017 Honda civic in to get the sunroof seal checked because i i have noticed that it has been dried and deteriorating to the point that there now an air leak. When i brought it in they diagnosed it as “severe deterioration” but stated its not covered under my warranty and mentioned to contact Honda Canada. So i contacted honda canada and sent it all in and than received a call stating that the dealership stated it was from me scrapping my sunroof.. I never in my life have scraped my sunroof so i asked to speak to the manager at the dealership and he was extremely rude. He stated he looked at my car a couple months ago but i stated to him that i only brought it in 2 weeks ago.. Than i asked him to come look at it as i worked for honda building these cars and worked in repair and know what bad seal looks like and he right away said thats from you or someone digging at your sunroof. I told him no one touches my car but me and i dont touch my sunroof with anything but a light brush and the seal is broke on the inner part so it would require someone to literally dig into it and almost try to pry it open to do this and he argued that someone else must have done it than. I honestly felt like he was trying to make every excuse and point every finger at me. He showed no understanding and was very rude. Was by far the worst experience i have had. I pay hundreds of dollars for warranty and now i have to pay for something that i have not done and will eventually cause a leak and costs $900-$1000. Im extremely disappointed and overall upset with this experience. Its extremely obvious that my sunroof is falling apart on its own but they don’t want to do anything about it. Never coming back here

Honda service

We found a Scratch in our car after the service today and they said they didnt do it. Of course they will deny it. My husband brought it back and they said all they can do is to paint it. They did paint it but the scratch is still visible. Not happy.

friendly

This is my 3rd vehicle from Orangeville honda. I had been to a few Honda dealership before driving 40 minutes to Orangeville. I was greeted friendly but wasn't bombarded or made to feel any pressure. I spoke with James about the available vehicles. He asked questions about me not just focused on buy buy buy mentality. From the management to Kim and Haley..the entire process on all 3 vehicles was top notch. After service care was professional and courteous.

Honda CRV EXL 2019

September 1, 2019 We met Shane on our initial visit, we explained what we were looking for. He was very professional in his knowledge and inner workings of the Honda lineup we were interested in. With a test drive in the area we were quite pleased in its technology comfort and handling. He did not push us to purchase, as I was still test-driving other SUV’s. We chose Orangeville Honda, we do not live in the area, because my brother works for the Humberview Group. The recommendations were very favourable at this dealership. A few months later we negotiated the purchase price Honda CRV-EXL and subsequent trade in of my car and would pick it up in a few weeks. With a seamless transition we were completely satisfied with our decision to buy a SUV from Orangeville Honda. We look forward to our future visits. Chris & Lisa Goddard

horrible!!!

I had an amazing buying experience this time around. The management (Jamie) was awesome! However; 20,000km into my brand new 2017 accord I started hearing a squealing noise. I went o Orangeville Honda and they said they couldn't duplicate it. The next day, the noise was back, 2 weeks I went back to Orangeville again for the noise, again they couldn't duplicate it BUT said I should get a brake service in case Honda tries to deny a brake claim later. Did the 280$ service. 2 weeks later, noise is back. Went back to Orangeville again, couldn't find anything. I gave up . At 42,000 km I couldn't take it anymore and was beyond annoyed and frustrated! Went back to Orangeville again as my brakes were now pulsating when braking. Now they told me I need new rotors AT 42,000km???????? and that Honda would replace them BUT I had to pay for another Shi$$y brake service??? I said , not a chance in hell!! I wanted to speak with the manger but he was away, the service manager was there but apparently not working. I contacted Honda Canada and put in a complaint, they said"go to the dealer". So now I have to shell out 500$ for new brakes and rotors on a practically brand new Honda???. The service girl on my last visit to Orangeville was so RUDE and unhelpful!! Oh, and I argued with them that my flex pipe was leaking already and needed to be replaced??? at 43,000km ???. No resolve has ever come of this! So very very very disappointed with the whole process! If I wanted a POS car, I would have bought a Hyundai!
