I was from Vancouver Island and was not given a loaner car or a ride to the ferry. Had to pack two small children car seats suitcases and everything on sky train. No one seemed to care. Vehicle took two weeks to finish. No one cared about the extra 200. cost to me for traveling back-and-forth even though my vehicle was under warranty. No one bothered to check my ID when I picked up my van just anyway Anyone could have picked it up. People rather rude When I called to check on the vehicle progress as it affected my ability to pick up shifts at work. I felt completely disregarded. I will not recommend this dealership or Dodge to anyone. I was rather disgusted with the fact that someone told me I didn’t get a rental car or the extras because I didn’t buy a service package. I remember when good customer service was how you got return customers. Not something you had to pay for. Completely disappointed.

I like to hear about what we did wrong in order to provide our customers with better service in the future. Let me start by saying that we do indeed care about all of our customers and appreciate their business when they choose to deal with us. Your case is no different I'm just not sure what we could have done to make the experience better for you.
Yes your vehicle was covered under warranty that means the parts that were being replaced was to be covered unfortunately Chrysler warranty doesn't cover the cost of a replacement vehicle while the work is being complete. If we were to give you a loaner/rental that is something we would have to pay for out of pocket. We do offer a shuttle to transport customer's around town but its done within reason. Driving you to the ferry is 1.5 hours each way so to spend 3 hours for you would be saying "no" to all of our customers for 3 hours and is not really fair for them.
When you come to pick up your vehicle we ask for your name so that we can pair your vehicle to who you say you are. When you drop off your vehicle with us we don't tell anyone that we have your vehicle so unless you tell untrustworthy people that your vehicle is here, i'm not sure how someone would be able to come claim your vehicle as you.
Ill speak with all the advisers and remind them that even at our busy times when tension is high we still need to treat everyone with the respect they deserve. Also just to let you know your warranty covers you at any Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership so you can get your warranty work done on the island where by the sounds of things would be a lot more convenient to have the work done.

When I take my car in for RECALL repairs I expect the repairs done and no other issues will be present. Due to the recall repairs performed, I have now two additional issues which need attention. I can only take the vehicle back at the convenience of the Service Department. I was under the belief I was the Client and when it would be convenient for me - Not so. Now I have to go back and make time from my busy schedule. "UNACCEPTABLE"
