I've bought 2 RAM trucks from Coquitlam Chrysler in the last 5 years. Today they responded to a service request I submitted online about my first oil change on the new truck. The service person who called advised that the special listed on the website was no longer offered - when I questioned why it would still be listed, I was told it wasn't her responsibility whether it was correct or not. She became very curt and short when I suggested that perhaps it was Coquitlam Chrysler's responsibility to correctly list information - her tone and attitude went down from there.
I'll be getting the service done - at another dealer on the way home today, and won't bother dealing with any business that doesn't feel the customer should be treated respectfully. The sales experience is over in a few days - how the service department treats its customers lasts the life of the vehicle - and determines if a customer will return.
Engine light came on day before trip to Seattle. Called handsome Kelly F in service - told me to come by. Scanned as soon as I arrived. Part replaced immediately. Not the first time Kelly and his crew has helped me out. Another good experience. Loyal customer!
