Poor quality product/doesn’t retain value
Let me begin by saying the staff was great. Unfortunately after taking my car in for service, I was disappointed in the quality of the Toyota products as I was told my routers needed to be replace even though I had replaced them less then 1.5 years ago.
Also after having an appraisal done on my 2018 Highlander I was surprised to find the value of my vehicle was so low. My son had sold his 2019 Impreza the same week and he received almost $5000 less than my appraisal of my Highlander which cost me $20,000 more on the original purchase price.
For these reasons a Toyota will not be the next vehicle I purchase. It is unfortunate because I have owned Toyota vehicles for almost 15 years.

Work done on time at cost-and no surprises.. Evan McNeice was competent, courteous and respectful.
This was a very simple requirement and service. I am a long time Jackson's customer--hopeful that the next-more complicated service will be equally satisfactory.-

Great service at Jackson’s Toyota!
This was my first visit to Jackson’s Toyota. Cameron, my service advisor, greeted me with a smile and explained what they were going to do. He kept me updated by text message including prices before he went ahead with the work. My Rav was ready sooner than I expected. Great experience!!
