Service department

Worst service department and staff I have ever experienced. DO NOT GO THERE........they didn't listen and do unnecessary work to your vehicle.

Terrible

Worst service ever. They had my Jeep overnight and did not find anything wrong. (even though my rear wheel was wobbling/and a noise coming from it) They services my.. ($600)) Went to another Chrysler dealership. they found it right away and fixed it that day. The service advisor at Wendall Chrysler does not care. She wouldn't take responsibility for what they did wrong and fix it. Save yourself the frustration and don't use Wendell Chrysler. And don't show up without an appointment because you'll never hear the end of it from the service advisor.

Fantastic...As always

They're a great team, but Carlo is my go to guy. He takes care of you long after you purchase your new ride - he's always my first contact. If you're looking for something new or used he'll give you 100% with excellent results. And he'll be there for you.

Very friendly and helpful

best service ever, sales man fred came out to see me and my father in-law Larry and truly helped us and no pressure and got us a great deal thNks fred and the wendle crew who all help larry with this deal ill be definitely comming back for my truck :) thanks guys , Just 1 request I know sales happens every day and fast my can you get more trucks on the lots to look at when you first drive into the lot it looks like it needs more vehicles :) the vans are in the back maybe spread out all of them to have a few options to look at ? It looks to open

Horrible service department work

We Purchased our 2020 Grand Cherokee in late Dec 2019 and picked it up at the start of January 2020. As we were going through the new vehicle with the sales person on the pickup day we pointed out a scratch on the console. We were assured that this was an easy repair and would be rectified as soon as the part could be ordered. Fast forward 7 months and 2 attempts to fix the problem and we now have more damage to our interior than we began with. Each time the vehicle has gone in for service it has come out with more damage to different interior parts than when we began. Our last visit resulted in a small rip in our steering wheel, the fabric under the steering wheel hanging down and ripped as well as the panel under the steering wheel being held in place by glue(since they couldn't get it to fit right) that is smeared on the outside of the panel like a child did a finger painting. On top of that they left their dirty rags in the back seat when they gave the vehicle back to us. This service department is not qualified to do the work and the sales people make promises they cannot back up. We spent top dollar for this vehicle and are extremely disappointed with how the dealership has not stood behind their work. We will not be back into this dealership again for anything. Buyer beware. They will say and do anything to get the vehicle off the lot. After that you are on your own.
