2018 ram 2500 diesel

first ordered wrong clearance lights ,then didnt order the the proper amount so waited it again.Total time was 3 days brought truck in monday morning got the truck back wednesday.i left the truck there was easier but still

recall

Recall was completed in the proper amount of time. There was no explanation of how the recall affects the autopark function other than some leaflets were left in my truck

Shawn was awesome with a great personality

Great all the way around experience. Friendly gave it a personal feel to the buying experience. Although this survey of min 20 words is s little frustrating

Overcharged for simple problem.

I brought my 2013 Dodge Journey in because of a knocking sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I was charged $149 for them to diagnose and tighten a loose wheel. My garage would have laughed it off and said no charge. I brought it in to the dealer thinking it was a drivetrain problem and the vehicle is still under warranty until August of 2018.
