Disappointed

Although the majority of my time driving my Honda and dealing with Team Foui has been great, I’m disappointed with how the process of looking to trade in and get into something new has gone.

Service

I had appointment and the advisor was unavailable when I picked up vehicle. I asked to speak with the mechanic and showed him my pictures of the problem. When I went out to the car and the problem was still occurring , my husband went in and brought the mechanic out to show him in person. He indicated that parts were going to ordered. After a week and no call to say they had come in, I called and was informed that there were no parts on order as nothing was wrong with my vehicle on the maintenance report. I asked to speak with the advisor and left message Thursday June 14th, called back on Monday and again today. I would like an explanation as to whether anything is being done. There is definitely an issue with the backup camera system (even if you consider it a guideline only).

OEM parts and quality of service

I was surprised that new timing belt that was replaced has detected a fault not sure if it is OEM issue or how it was installed,and only found out during my regular scheduled of change oil, i did not realized that it has an oil leak when i am driving on it.

It was a quick and reasonable experience that respected my needs and wants in getting a new lease. I have leased a number of cars so I appreciate a simple process.
