I had a drive through oil change. I didn’t have to wait and the employee was great. The work was done quickly. Information about my car was appreciated. Employee took his time explaining things to me
The service advisor was very efficient and friendly. He called with updates and the work was completed as promised when promised.
The only wrinkle was the staff member who collected payment was not at all welcoming or friendly. Quite curt.
Overall though, a good experience as usual.
Charged me top dollar for an item that should have been free.
Battery should last 5 to 7 years. This new battery lasted about two. They kept telling me that there was $50 fee just to test the battery to see if it was good or not. They charged me half price on a battery that would’ve cost a lot less if I would’ve purchased anywhere else. So by the time I paid the $50 fee and the cost of the battery it would’ve cost the same to buy a new battery anywhere else. What a scam.
