Service was completed quickly and the staff was courteous!
My vehicle came in for a B 1 2 7 service. Amber explained all the work the was needed on the vehicle and also quoted me the price on the spot. She was knowledgeable and very professional! She was very on top of everything including my request to have the wiper blades changed out, having the car washed and even having the Uber ride requested so I could get to work. This is exactly how I would want a service appointment for my car!
Routine oil change. Arrived at my designated appointment time and drove straight into interior service reception bay. Service employees encountered during my visit were courteous and friendly.
We first finalized the financial arrangements for our new CRV Hybrid vehicle, with all of our questions being answered. The operations of the vehicle were then expertly presented, with all of our questions again being answered to our satisfaction. The advisor even took some pictures of us with our beautiful new SUV.
Disappointed with the service and no call back after calling twice to comment and question the work. I noticed on my way home the old oil change sticker was still on the windshield then looked at the maintenance minder and saw that it wasn't reset after the oil change. When I arrived home opened the hood to look for evidence that the oil had been changed but to my surprise the radiator overflow was left disconnected from the expansion tank so any additional fluid that was added ended up on my garage floor when I re-installed it. Not impressed! It did appear that the oil was changed after all based on the oil drips and look of the oil definitely a rush job though. Other minor details masking tape was left wrapped around the brake lines after the recall work was done.
