What a great experience! From Pat who's simply the best selling me the car along with Al looking after the little details with a smile to Tracy conscientiously ordering the parts needed and finally the mechanics who made the couple of small repairs required to make this car like new again, I couldn't be happier.
Car starter was installed in my 2015 Hyundai Tucson. Over all the experience was ok. Was disappointed that it took so long to install because it was never done at the dealership before. Which meant I had to wait longer to get the vehicle back.
Not your typical car sales pressure tactics, quite the opposite.
Al Luff was a pleasure to deal with. He didn't pressure us or give us deadlines like other Hyundai dealers did. He was a professional but he was very approachable. He was up front about everything, there were no surprises and he made our experience fun and painless. Being our first NEW car purchase, he gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision on what we wanted and needed. I would buy another car from Al for sure. Scott Mullan was also very nice and did not pressure us. He also provide many options and explained everything without being pushy. It was an all around great experience.
