Excellent Service!

Came here for my regular car oil change and I'm happy with my experience. Polite and addressed all my concerns. I remember they suggested options to be included but did not forced me as I'm also doing some of my vehicle maintenance.

They pay to have people change reviews but don't fix the complaint or seem to care about it.

1.18.21 EDITED... I was contacted by the salesman who helped me and he offered me a gift card in exchange for changing my review to Hyundai. Instead of asking what went wrong he just wanted to pay me to change it. He did help me get in contact with the finance team. But other than that did nothing but offer me a gift card to change my review. I declined and did not change it. So now over a month later I get a text from him telling me he wont get paid from Hyundai until summer time. I feel this is very inappropriate of him. I will be calling his manger and Hyundai directly to complain. Very Very unprofessional. The only reason I am not giving them only one star is because their service department was good to work with. I do not recommend this dealership. I had done all my research and had my financing set up. Bought the car I wanted on Friday. The salesman was not great to work with and seemed lazy. Since we bought the car I have asked him several times about getting the Blue Link set up. He kept telling me he would get it taken care of. Today Wednesday I finally called and got ahold of the person that sets it up and she got it set up in under 5 minutes. Something the salesman should have done and clearly was not hard to get done. The finance person we dealt with was great to deal with that is why I gave 2 stars. But they have not finished processing the financing. Again all they have to do it send to my bank as I was already pre-approved by my bank. So this should not have been to hard either. I feel like I was the perfect customer had my car picked and my financing done. I am hoping the maintenance department is better when I have to take my car in for service.

Taking the extra step

Went for service. Had issues taking out the car seat. One of your staff promptly came over to help unlock it for us, and also taught us how the removal process, for if we needed, in the future. Appreciate the extra courteous effort.

Shuttle Needed

The only reason for a 4 star was no shuttle service............................. It is not easy to find a ride as people are all at work or not going out of their homes & setting there for 3 to 5 hours is not smart at this time

Every aspect was great.

General maintenance and preparing the vehicle for the winter. Also ensuring that the recommended servicing was done and up to date.
