Our sales person Nick was amazing! He made all the difference and truly was the reason we purchased an Audi and from Mark Motors. He sets the bar for excellent customer service! So nice, down to earth and provides the facts you need to know without trying to oversell or turn off clients with a harsh sales approach. Great experience, thanks for everything. Leased my Q7 through Carsense.ca (broker), however dealership offered a test-drive (brought vehicle to my place) and provided excellent service when I picked up vehicle.

I went the Mercedes dealers multiple times and walked out with confusion and anger. I went to Audi Mark Motors and walked out with a car. Nick was the difference.
